1. What is the registration to the website?

To make purchases on Orthodontics H.D. Website you need to be registered. To do this, simply  click here and fill the fields in, on the online form.

The procedure is completely guided and the system detects any errors in the input stage and suggests changes to be made to ensure a correct and complete registration.

The data entered can always be edited and cancelled by the user, so in case of any errors or changes the Customer will always have the opportunity to edit them.

2. What is the login to the website?

Once the registration is complete, an email is sent to the email address provided during the registration process. This email contains your login credentials that are username and password.

The email also contains a clickable link that allows you to access the Website without having to enter credentials, with the purpose of verifying that the email provided during registration is correct.
 
The credentials supplied must be entered for next accesses unless the user wishes to save them, so that it is not needed to type them every time.

3. How can I choose the products on the website?

Once logged in, it is enough to identify the Products of interest, select the quantity and add them to the cart by clicking on the corresponding icon on the form.

Each time that you add the quantity of Products to the cart, you have the possibility to do the check-out, or go to the checkout to make the payment, or to continue shopping in case you require further items.

As items are added to your cart, you will see them displayed in the appropriate box stating the quantity and the relevant unit price and total amount.

Addition of item to the cart does not imply any charge to the Customer who must expressly authorize the transaction and has the possibility to change Products and quantities stated, until the final payment.

4. What happens if I cannot find an item by browsing through the categories of products?

The Orthodontics H.D. Website has a powerful internal search engine. Simply enter your search term in the input box placed at the top right under the name of the logged-in Customer to launch a search on the entire database online.

5. What is the lead-time for products?

Shipments are carried out ​​through DHLcourier. In most cases delivery is carried out within 1/2 working days after the order is processed. The order is shipped within approximately 2 working days from proper receipt of the payment.

6. How much are the shipping charges?

For destinations inside and outside Europe the contribution varies according to the delivery area.

7. What is the check-out?

Once items are added to the shopping cart that, you go to the payment process, namely to the check-out.
 
The check-out consists of several steps that are designed to verify the correctness of the information given in relation to the buyer, the shipping address, the nature and quantity of items purchased, their unit price and total amount, the procedures, the lead-time and payment .
 
The user displays several screenshots that gather the information indicated and are designed to ensure the complete transparency and full control of the purchases made on Orthodontics H.D. Website.
 
At this stage the user can edit the items and quantities in the shopping cart. He will also choose the shipping mode and the relevant cost will be displayed. All of these items are listed in detail in the total amount inclusive of all taxes and charges (where applicable).

8. What is the order confirmation page?

To ensure the Customer about the certainty and accuracy of his purchases, at the end of checkout a page is displayed containing all the previously entered data and the final total price (ie the order form). This list is called the order confirmation page and just by clicking on the button to confirm the order, the Customer will proceed to the payment.
 
Once the order is confirmed, the system will automatically send an email containing all details of the transaction, including among others the conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal by the Buyer and modes and times of the return of purchased Products.

These data are also always accessible by the user by logging on the Website with the possibility to easily check the log of orders.

9. Which means of payment are accepted?

The payment of the price of Products to be delivered within Italy, can be made by the Customer by advanced bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard credit cards and cash against documents. For foreign countries the same methods of payment are valid, except for cash against documents. 

10. How do I pay by bank transfer?

In case of payment by wire transfer, the bank data to complete the transaction in favor of Orthodontics H.D. will be stated in the order form.

The reason to be mentioned on the bank transfer must include: order number and the heading of the instructing party.

At the current state of the banking system, the wire transfer is credited on the account of the beneficiary not earlier than 3 /5 working days from the date of execution of the same.

The Products will be shipped only after funds are credited on the Orthodontics H.D. bank account.

To reduce the time of shipment, the Customer may send an email to with copy of the executed transaction.

11. How do I pay by credit card?

Credit cards accepted by Orthodontics H.D. are Visa and MasterCard.

The transaction takes place in two steps: thesubjecting the order through the order form and the payment in order to ensure maximum safety of the payment.

The order submission phase takes place on the Orthodontics H.D. Website through the check -out after which the Customer chooses which credit card to use, and is automatically redirected to the payment page hosted on the CartaSì Website.

This page shows the name of Orthodontics H.D. and the amount of the transaction; the Customer has to enter the data of the credit card used for the payment (holder, card number, expiration date and safety code) .

The CartaSì Website uses a SSL (128 bit) protocol which encrypts the financial information entered, in order to prevent malicious third parties can enter the channel of communication and misappropriate the data entered.

The CartaSì Website immediately asks for the permission to pay on the normal authorization circuits even for POS payments and if it is successful, the order is finalized.

12. When will the price of Products be charged?

The purchase price for Products and shipping costs, as stated in the Order Form, will be charged to the account of the Buyer upon order completion.

14. Did you increase prices?

The list price of our e-commerce catalogue is constantly updated, so the amount shown is related to the last prices in force.  The prices indicated on the Website do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

15. Can you ship to an address other than the one of the dental practice or lab?

Of course, it is enough to indicate the preferred delivery address and the courier will deliver the Products to the location indicated.

16. Can I find the instructions about the use of instruments that you sell, on the website?

Our Products are accompanied by the relevant technical data sheets explaining how to properly use the instruments. In any case our Customer Service is available to Customers to clarify any doubts about the best usage.

17. What does it happen if the Products I receive are defective?

Orthodontics H.D. guarantees the absence of defects and the proper functioning of the items supplied for a period of 12 months from their delivery.

During the warranty period, the Products and their accessories shall be repaired or replaced by Orthodontics without any expenses either for spare-parts and labor.
The shipping charges for sending the products to the laboratory for the technical assistance, will be entirely borne by the Customer, while those related to the return will be entirely borne by Orthodontics.

18. Can I place an order by phone without registering to the website?

19. Can I return products purchased on the website?

The Customer may not use, in any case, any right of withdrawal on Products purchased from Orthodontics.
